Murphy's Plumbings wins "B" playoffs in Fitzroy league

Murphy's Plumbing were the Fitzroy Harbour Men's Fastball League "B" side champs this week, defeating Clean Cut Construction. The "B" side is contested by the first four teams eliminated from the Harbour Ball playoffs.

Murphy's were led by veteran pitcher (59 and holding) Jim Ryan and Harbour Ball Commish Brendan Coker. Clean Cut's pitchers were Andrew Jahn and Johnny Coe.

That wraps up Harbour Ball for 2017, another successful season, composed of 8 teams with players ranging from teenagers to 60.
