Results from the GOFL playoffs on Thursday night.
Micksburg Twins 10 Kars Aces 6
The Twins stayed undefeated with a win at home against the Aces. Joran Graham had the win with Brad Porter taking the loss. The Aces were up 6-5 at one point in this one but lost the lead later in the game.
Quyon Flyers 9 West Carleton Electric 4
The Electric got out to an early 3-0 lead on a three-run shot by Chris Costello, but the Flyers rallied back for the win. Trevor Barton hit a solo homer for Fitzroy. Dave Hobbs had a solo homer for the Flyers and Drew Hathway hit a grand slam. Matt Greer got the pitching win, while Jeff Barber took the loss in relief of Andy Barber.
