I4C Victory defeated the Stittsville 56ers 1-0 in the first game of their best of three Greater Ottawa Fastball League playoff series in Manotick on Wednesday night.
Andrew Putnam had the win allowing only two hits, while Darren Featherstone was the losing pitcher, throwing a five hitter.
Joe Allan had two hits for I4C, including a triple and an RBI single to score Shane McNish, the game's only run.
